Sources & model limits
V10.17 surroundings were traced from the OneMap, Street Directory and satellite screenshots uploaded on 29 September 2026. Building outlines are simplified; context heights and screenshot registration are approximate. White buildings show surrounding massing, while the coloured towers retain the unit mix. All three views share the ground artwork from the original TR_Site Plan_A3_20260921.pdf, registered to the model’s source frame. Ground artwork is flat; building and balcony geometry remain digitised approximations. The detailed footprint coverage is approximately 1.8 km across; the wider context extends beyond it with schematic roads and greenery. MacRitchie Reservoir now includes its traced shoreline and surrounding greenery; Reservoir view shows the wider southern context. External buildings do not contribute to the sun-study shadows. Surrounding geometry uses distance bands from the project centre: detailed available geometry within 300 m, simple massing to 800 m, faded boxes to 2 km, then terrain only. Northern context is traced from the additional 10:50 pm maps. Click surrounding buildings or use Explore a place for source details and straight-line distances.
Unit types, areas and available floors: TR_Elevation & Unit Plan, dated 18 September 2026. Site layout rebuilt from the original 21 September 2026 developer plan, registered using the full perimeter, the developer’s 51,567 sqm site area, and cross-checks against uploaded OneMap, Street Directory and Google satellite maps. No superimposed image is used.
Unit outlines come from the developer’s vector floor-plan site insets, registered directly to the original developer site plan using a similarity transform. Façade ledges and roof crowns are interpreted from the 23 September architectural brief. A 3 m storey height and level ground are assumed. Balconies are recessed into the footprints, with decks, sliding-door glazing and balustrades; PES variants omit the balcony railing. Façade materials, vertical framing, glass balustrades and roof caps are interpreted from the supplied developer hero rendering; they are not a complete reconstruction of all elevations. Balconies are traced from all 55 stacks’ developer floor-plan sheets, including mirrored layouts. Camera positions lie near the outward edge, inside the traced balcony decks, at 1.6 m above the deck. Floor-plan-to-site registration, railings, glazing and roof heights remain schematic and require architectural verification. This is not a surveyed BIM model. Thomson Three outlines are extracted from its uploaded brochure (page 7): Blocks 41, 43 and 45 have 21 storeys; ten semi-detached homes have three above-ground storeys. Heights assume 3 m per storey. Wider roads and the MacRitchie shoreline follow the uploaded 29 September maps; other surrounding buildings remain schematic with illustrative heights. Map registration is approximate. Site-plan colours denote unit types, not actual exterior paint. Level 2 Classic units and level 1 Luxury units use their “p” layout variants.
Sun calculation: NOAA solar position equations, at approximately 1.36° N, 103.83° E, UTC+8. No atmospheric refraction correction. Sun-facing status considers direction only. Rendered shadows are indicative and do not establish actual indoor sunlight or heat.
